Founder of Build Bravely
I'm a fractional COO and systems strategist. I've spent over a decade inside growing companies in roles ranging from executive leadership to people operations to full organizational development. What I learned across every single one of them is how all the pieces fit together and what breaks when they don't.
I've also built a small business of my own from the ground up. That means I know this work from both sides of the table. I know what it feels like to be the founder holding the vision when no one else can see it yet. And I know what it takes to build something sturdy enough to grow without you carrying every piece of it yourself.
