Most clients use this as the foundation for an ongoing retainer because they want help building what the audit surfaces.

Ongoing partnership
Fractional COO Retainer
For the founder who is ready to build real structure and needs someone to lead it.
A monthly retainer where we embed into your business as your fractional COO. We own your operational backbone, design systems, build team accountability, integrate your tech stack, and develop the leadership layer that lets you step back from the day to day. We also train someone internal to sustain what we build so the systems stay when the engagement ends. Engagements are accepted on a rolling basis with limited availability.
